Hot 91.9 Ladies MTB and Trail Run Weekend 2017
Welcome to the 8th edition of the unbelievable and now infamous Hot 91.9 Ladies MTB and Trail Run Weekend taking place on Saturday 21st and Sunday 22th October 2017.

Started in 2010, this event has grown from strength to strength. It’s a weekend designed for the girls to get together in a fun environment where they can be challenged or just have a fun ride/run.

And, of course, the Dads & significant others are always welcome to participate as well.

There are a few proviso’s however.
Guys must wear pink and blue; they must assist wherever possible - no racing snakes allowed - and they also pay a premium entry fee with the difference going to our selected charities.

There’s also a special under 10 children’s Trail Running & MTB route on the weekend.

So, in short, it’s a family affair, or a weekend where just the girls can get together.
A special point to note is that one does not have to do the run and the ride, but can choose.

They say that timing is everything, as this event takes place just before the start of Spring, so this is the event to kiss winter goodbye.

We also want you to make a difference, so you can make a difference by giving to our three official beneficiaries, namely the Pink Drive and MBTM (More Balls than Most), and of course, The Dads Charity Challenge.

The Trail Running /Walking events will take place on Sunday 22th of October. Participants will have a choice of 4km, 8km or a 16km run. (Special 4km for kids)
The Mountain Biking events will take place on Saturday 21st of October. Participants will have a choice of 15km, 25km or a 40km route.  (Special 4km for kids)
So, come August, in conjunction with our chosen charities, we plan to make this the best year ever.
And there’s more exciting news. This year, we will be hosting the weekend at Cradle Moon Conservancy, situated in the heart of The Cradle. (Part of the conservancy was the old Heia Safari Ranch)

So girls……Once again, kick off those stilettos and start exercising those glutes!! This is your own mountain biking, and now trail running, event designed specifically for you – a day in fact dedicated to the ladies.
If you have been part of this unbelievable experience in the past, you will know what a truly magnificent day out this is.
So, What’s New?
The Trail Running /Walking events will take place on Sunday 22th of October.

You will have a choice of an easy 4km dirt run, and 10km trail run, and a slightly more challenging 16km run.

The Mountain Biking events will take place on Saturday 21st of October.

You will have a choice of a moderate 15km, a mildly challenging 25km and a fun and challenging 40km route. The 40km route will be a great ride for challenging your fitness levels, and to a certain extent your technical skills – but nothing too hectic.

A special under 10 children’s 4km MTB route on Saturday 21st of October.

So come August, in conjunction with our chosen charities, namely Pink Drive, MBTM, and The Dads’ Charity Challenge we plan to make this the best year ever.
